Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Team Jet Training purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns

You can return any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
All items must be returned in their original condition — including tags, packaging, and hygiene seals where applicable.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns on sale items unless they are faulty.

  • For hygiene reasons, socks, underwear, and accessories cannot be returned.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving your return.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at teamjettraining@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and our team will resolve it as soon as possible.


How to Return

UK Returns

  1. Email teamjettraining@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with the UK return address and instructions.

  3. Package your items securely and post them back to us.

  4. Keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


International Returns 

  1. Email teamjettraining@gmail.com with your order number, country, and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with the correct return address and any customs documentation required.

  3. Clearly mark your package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.

  4. Once received, we’ll process your refund within 10–14 working days.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees associated with the return.

  • Team Jet Training is not liable for items lost during international return shipping — we recommend using a tracked delivery service.
